The Region 7 2025 Convention pre-registration goes until November 15th, and meals cannot be purchased as we are still negotiating prices with our new hotel. All registrants will receive an email notification when meals can be added to their registration.

The Region 7 2025 Convention will be held at the Bethesdan Hotel in Bethesda, Maryland. All room rates and registration information will be posted soon.

Note: A written request for a refund of a registration fee (less a $10 processing fee) will be honored if received at least 30 days before the convention.
