CURRENT ASSEMBLY
2026 Fall Assembly – October 2-4, 2026
- This year’s Fall Assembly will take place in person at the Hilton Garden Inn, 120 Wingate Drive, Winchester, VA 22601.
- The cost for the Assembly is $50 and includes a Fajita Bar Lunch on Saturday. The menu is on the registration form (see the link below to register).
- All attendees will need to book their hotel reservation (separate from the Assembly registration). You can do so by clicking here or calling the hotel directly at (520) 722-8881. Give them the name of the hotel room block (“Region 7 VA”) to receive discounted rates ($137/single, $145 double).
- All rooms come with a hot breakfast (view menu) which is available daily 7-11am. There is also free parking available onsite.
- Visitors who are curious about Region Assembly are welcome: but need to register.
