🚢 HOW TO ATTEND 🚢

Click on the workshop / session titles listed in the schedule below to enter the Zoom Rooms. The links are active on this page as well as the downloadable schedule. You will need to enter the password to enter the rooms — which is in the welcome packet that was emailed to all registrants.

🚢 TECHNICAL HELP 🚢

If you find yourself in need of assistance, we have put together a handy guide for your reference. You will have a much better experience if you are using the latest version of Zoom. Our guide walks you through how to check your version and upgrade if necessary. You can also or visit the Hospitality Room for support.

🚢 CONVENTION ETIQUETTE 🚢

• All participants will be muted upon entry to the workshops to help minimize disruptions. If you’d like to share, please use the Zoom raise hand feature, wait for the co-host to recognize you then unmute yourself to share.
• Please be mindful of distracting others. If you are moving around a lot, eating, falling asleep (you wouldn’t dare! 😀 ) turn your video off or a co-host may do so for you.
• Attendee-to-attendee chat will generally be disabled. You may chat with a co-host during workshops. During the entertainment session, all bets are off, though! Bring us your chat noise!
• Honor our 11th Tradition and preserve your anonymity by only using your first name and, if desired, your last initial. Feel free to add extra info to your name like your location and phone number!
• Available sponsors and those looking for sponsors should identify themselves by placing an S: or an L: in front of their names. Or SL: if you fit both categories.
