2026 Region 7 Convention At-A-Glance
Friday Afternoon: Registration
Registration opens at 4pm ET. If you registered multiple individuals under one name, please email conventionchair@oaregion7.org with your registration numbers and the names of each attendee by October 19. Failure to provide this information by the deadline may result in delayed check-in.
Friday Evening: Welcome & Connection
We will open the weekend together with welcome remarks, an opening keynote, fellowship activities, and an open OA meeting.
Saturday Morning: Recovery Workshops
Saturday begins with morning meditation and continues with workshops centered on the Steps, body image, emotional sobriety, relapse recovery, and personal recovery experiences.
Saturday Afternoon: Fellowship & Growth
Attendees will gather for lunch, a keynote session, and afternoon workshops focused on spiritual growth, amends, sponsorship, aging in recovery, and daily recovery practices.
Saturday Evening: Celebration & Fellowship
The evening will include dinner on your own, connection, entertainment, recovery celebration, recognition, and an open OA meeting.
Sunday Morning: Reflection & Carrying the Message
The convention closes with meditation, final workshops on the Tools, diversity, forgiveness, and Step 12, followed by reflections and closing remarks.
