Region 7 Assembly – Spring 2015

Important Notes

Registration Due:  Jan 13, 2015.

Number of Reps Allowed: For details on the number of authorized region representatives for your Intergroup, see the Intergroup Roster document.

Committee Selection:  All reps will serve on only one committee. Please select your primary and secondary committee choices for which you would like to provide service at this assembly and the subsequent six months. Explain, if necessary, your need to be on any particular committee.  We will make every attempt to place you where preferred, but we also need to ensure all committees’ service positions are filled and have full participation.

Green Dot Mentor: If you have attended at least 2 previous assemblies, we strongly encourage you to be a green dot mentor. Our green dots need you!

Registration Fee: Please note: If you require printed copies of the Pre- or Post-Assembly packet, there will be a $10 surcharge fee. No print registrations will be accepted after March 1st.

Hotel Reservations: Inform the hotel you are with the OA Region 7 Group.
