Registrations Due:  Reps – August 14, 2016 | Visitors – September 14, 2016

Special Announcement:  Region 7 will be hosting the Region Chairs Committee at this assembly. They will be sharing their experience, strength and hope with us during Saturday’s lunch, Saturday’s evening event and Sunday after all official business has been conducted.

Committee Selection:  All reps will serve on only one committee. Please select your primary and secondary committee choices where you would like to provide service at this assembly and the subsequent six months. Explain, if necessary, your need to be on any particular committee.  We will make every attempt to honor your requests, but we also need to ensure all committees’ service positions are filled and have full participation.

Green Dot Mentor: If you have attended at least 2 previous assemblies, we strongly encourage you to be a green dot mentor. Our green dots need you!

Visitors: We welcome all visitors to the assembly! Please let us know when you plan to be here and if you are able to provide service. Please be aware that if you choose to not purchase lunch, you will not be able to join us in the banquet room until after 12:30.

Registration Fee: Please note: If you require printed copies of the pre- or post-assembly packet, there will be a $10 surcharge fee. No print registrations will be accepted after August 14th.
