Committee Selection: All reps will serve on only one committee. Please select your primary and secondary committee choices where you would like to provide service at this assembly and the subsequent six months. Explain, if necessary, your need to be on any particular committee. We will make every attempt to honor your requests, but we also need to ensure all committees’ service positions are filled and have full participation.
Green Dot Mentor: If you have attended at least 2 previous assemblies, we strongly encourage you to be a green dot mentor. Our green dots need you!
Visitors: We welcome all visitors to the assembly! Please let us know when you plan to be here and if you are able to provide service. Please be aware that if you choose to not purchase lunch, you will not be able to join us until after 12:30.

Registration Fee: Please note: If you require printed copies of the pre- or post-assembly packet, there will be a $10 surcharge fee. No print registrations will be accepted after August 22, 2017.
Hotel Reservations: Reserve your room by calling the Group Reservations desk at: (301) 694-7500. Please ensure that you mention the Region 7 Fall Assembly 2017 group room block to ensure you receive the special group rate of $109.00 per night. The Clarion does not have an elevator, so please make your reservation ASAP if you need to have a room on the 1st Floor of the hotel.
